Our on-site and in-home physiotherapists supply all the physical therapy tools, expertise and motivation necessary to treat your condition. A virtual appointment is great when an in-person session is less convenient. Telehealth empowers you to still have a 1-on-1 session with your physiotherapist without leaving your home or office. ASSESSMENT / EVALUATION The assessment includes a detailed history of current and past medical problems, a thorough physical evaluation and a discussion of the proposed treatment plan related to the client's specific goals. The therapist will also initiate treatment and provide clients with a home based exercise program. IN-HOME & MOBILE PHYSIO Treatments generally last 45-60 minutes. They include a review and progression of the patient’s exercises, physical treatment techniques such as massage, mobilization/manipulation, stretching, etc. Many professional techniques are employed depending on the diagnosis and stage of healing. ON-SITE & OFFICE PHYSIO In our efforts to promote overall psychological health and safety in the workplaces, treatments generally last 45 minutes. Conditions include muscle and joint pain, back, neck and shoulder discomfort, vertigo, sports injuries and chronic pain. VIRTUAL & TELEHEALTH Treatments generally last approximately 30-45 minutes. A virtual physiotherapy treatment empowers patients to still have a 1-on-1 session with a physiotherapist without leaving their home or office.
